A vectorial fundamental of cosmos, Huwa (IT)
is the Absolute-Absence
modality for Divine Presence, Al-Ladhi (That
Which) is the optical
connector something the likes of a telescope, allowing peeks from the
Malakut (Spiritual
Realm) into Mulk (Corporeal
Realm). In the case of
the conjoined 'Huwa Al-Ladhi' this peek from there to here is in
absolute absence of Allah i.e. the
viewer sees the actions of Allah but
sees no observable traces of Allah's presence. In general, this form of
viewing from there to here is called Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye).
While there can be unnumbered telescopes and eyes, there is only one
Insan Kamil (Perfected
Eye). The Prophet peace be upon him has outlined
conditions under which the human being can view the universe as Insan
Kamil (Perfected Eye) and although there are many people, still there
is only one Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye):
"I (Allah)
became (was)... his vision"

You might imagine Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
as a state, within which
there is a telescope and this telescope is also the viewer itself,
anyone
entering into this state is temporarily has evanesced (Fanā) thus
became the said telescope+viewer, and even if several people enter to
this state at the same time they view as one, for this state allows for
no 'I' or 'you' or 'them'!
An ordinary telescope points
and views from here to there, in contrast,
Insam Kamil (Perfected
Eye) points from there to here, although the
human being is here (Mulk), within the said state of Insan Kamil
(Perfected Eye) the viewing occurs from there to here, from Malakut
(Spiritual
Realm) to Mulk (Corporeal
Realm).

The knowledge of Insan Kamil (Perfected
Eye), in and of itself,
is a mirror for Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
Human being cannot see himself, for that matter needs another object
i.e. a mirror to reflect an image back so he can see a rendition
of himself, similarly Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
cannot see itself, it
needs another entity to view itself by means of, and that entity is its
knowledge!
As an example:
3:6. Huwa Al-Ladhi (IT
(is) that which) shapes you within the wombs
'shapes you within the wombs' is a wondrous knowledge about the fetal
development within the womb which also serves as a mirror so Insan
Kamil (Perfected
Eye) can see itself i.e. a microbiologist studying the
fetal molecular development completely veiled against Allah, suddenly
'feels' that this magnificent molecular machinery is the design of an
inventive designer and that moment of 'feeling' is the very reflected
image of Insan Kamil, for this brief moment the scientist peeked from
there to here and his 'cognizance' of molecular knowledge as such
thus formed a mirror reflecting the Insan Kamil for a flash of a
second.
There are precisely 28 Huwa
Al-Ladhi (IT
(is) that which) within
the
Qur'an, these are 28 glances for Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
from
Malakut (Spiritual
Realm) into the Mulk (Corporeal
Realm). These 28
glances correspond to 28 alphabets of the language of the Arab, or you
might say the alphabets of the language of the Arab are crafted from 28
glances of Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)!

(13) 3:7. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses
basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation
of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is
perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking
discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its
hidden meanings except Allah. And
those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the
Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the
Message except men of understanding.

(14) 6:2. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) created you from clay, and then decreed a stated
term (for you). And there is in ITs presence another determined term;
yet ye doubt within yourselves!
(15) 35:39. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) has made you inheritors in the earth: if, then,
any do reject ((Allah)),
their rejection (works) against themselves: their rejection but adds to
the odium for the Unbelievers in the sight of their Lord: their
rejection but adds to (their own) undoing.

(IT (is) that which)

(17) 8:62. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) created you from a single person, and made his
mate of like nature, in order that he might dwell with her (in love).
When they are united, she bears a light burden and carries it about
(unnoticed). When she grows heavy, they both pray to Allah their
Lord, (saying): "If Thou givest us a goodly child, we vow we shall
(ever) be grateful."

(18) 9:33. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) sent ITs Messenger with guidance and the Religion
of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may

(19) 10:5. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) made the sun to be a shining glory and the moon to
be a light (of beauty), and measured out stages for her; that ye might
know the number of years and the count (of time). Nowise did Allah create
this but in truth and righteousness. (Thus) doth Hu explain ITs Signs
in detail, for those who understand.
(20) 10:22. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) enableth you to traverse through land and sea; so
that ye even board ships;- they sail with them with a favourable wind,
and they rejoice thereat; then comes a stormy wind and the waves come
to them from all sides, and they think they are being overwhelmed: they
cry unto Allah,
sincerely offering (their) duty unto Hu saying, "If thou dost deliver
us from this, we shall truly show our gratitude!"

(21) 10:67. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) hath made you the night that ye may rest therein,
and the day to make things visible (to you). Verily in this are signs
for those who listen.

(22) 13:12. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) doth show you the lightning, by way both of fear
and of hope: doth raise up the clouds, heavy with (fertilising) rain!
(23) 16:10. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) sends down rain from the sky: from it ye drink,
and out of it (grows) the vegetation on which ye feed your cattle.
(24) 33:43. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) sends blessings on you, as do ITs angels, that Hu
may bring you out from the depths of Darkness into Light: and Hu is
Full of Mercy to the Believers.
(25) 40:13. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) howeth you ITs Signs, and sendeth down sustenance
for you from the sky: but only those receive admonition who turn
(26) 40:67. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) created you from dust then from a sperm-drop, then
from a leech-like clot; then does he get you out (into the light) as a
child: then lets you (grow and) reach your age of full strength; then
lets you become old,- though of you there are some who die before;- and
lets you reach a Term appointed; in order that ye may learn wisdom.
(27) 40:68. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) gives Life and Death; and when Hu decides upon an
affair, Hu says to it, "Be", and it is.
(28) 48:4. Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which) sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the
Believers, that they may add faith to their faith;- for to Allah belong
the Forces of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Full of Knowledge
and Wisdom
A similar standing phrase found in Qur'an, again precisely 28 times as
well i.e. Wa Huwa Al-Ladhi
(IT (is) that which). 'Wa Hu Wa' is a
tertiary cyclic word starting with Waw and ending with Waw, Ha in
sandwiched in between, these
cyclic words indicate no beginning and no ending i.e. in perpetual
cycle.
The additional Waw is
indicative of emergence of entities that are far
different than the original entities they emerged from ( See
Also: http://www.untiredwithloving.org/panting_horses.html#waw_emergence
)
The additional emerging entities are the 28 phonemes of Arabic language
or the spoken form of the 28 written alphabets! There could have been a
language that had a written form but had had no spoken form, but the
Waw as the emergent agent of the Wa-Hu-Wa brought forth the emegence of
spoken forms of the Arabic alphabets.
From Wa
to Ha is expiration and from Ha to Wa is
inhalation and this
exhaling and inhaling is known as the Nafas Rahmani (Breath of Rahman
(Most Benevolent)):
"Dot not insult the wind since it is from Nafas (Breath) of Al-Rahman
(Most Benevolent)" said the Prophet.

"Nafas Rahmani is an annexed Wujud (Being), annexation to Divine
Oneness (Wahdani), thus allowing for Kathra (Multiplicity) by means
of
Surat (Constraints)
that shape and form conceptual (plural) essences
(discernible instantiations) while their circumstances and states are
maintained within the Divine-Oneness
Presence (multiplicity facing
oneness); it has been named as such to be similar to the human breath
since (there is one person) but many phonemes (words) are acoustically
produced by this one single breathing-being (Kathra (Multiplicity) from
one); it has entered under
the name of
Rahman (Most Benevolent) since the emanation of these breath-like
entities bring relief from hardships, these relief(s) are hidden
objects (within the domain of the name Rahman), thus giving relief that
brings also power and strength e.g. ventilation of the human being
(giving him power to contiunue living) by the respiration of the
breathing (otherwise the human being becomes very weak and dies without
such breathing)" (Translation ????)
Add to the above said Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
the atmospheric
attributes of inhaling and exhaling, which are also preceisely 28
exhales from Malakut (Spiritual
Realm) into the Mulk

Realm):
Twenty Eight Breaths
(1) 42:25. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) accepts repentance from ITs Servants and
forgives sins: and Hu knows all that ye do.

(2) 42:28. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi

(4) 48:24. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) Allah in heaven
and Allah on earth; and Hu is full of Wisdom and Knowledge.
(5) 23:80. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) gives life and death, and to Hu (is due) the
alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand?

(6) 25:47. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) makes the Night as a Robe for you, and Sleep
as Repose, and makes the Day (as it were) a Resurrection.
(7) 25:48. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) sends the winds as heralds of glad
tidings, going before ITs mercy, and We send down pure water from the
sky
(8) 25:53. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) has let free the two bodies of flowing water:
One palatable and sweet, and the other salt and bitter; yet has He made
a barrier between them, a partition that is forbidden to be passed.
(9) 25:54. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) created man from water: then has Hu
established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has
power (over all things).
(10) 25:62. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) made the Night and the Day to follow each
other: for such as have the will to celebrate ITs praises or to show
their gratitude.
(11) 30:27. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) begins (the process of) creation; then repeats
it; and for Hu it is most easy. To Hu belongs the loftiest similitude
(we can think of) in the heavens and the earth: for Hu is Exalted in
Might, full of wisdom.
(12) 11:7. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) created the heavens and the earth in six Days
- and ITs Throne was over the waters - that Hu might try you, which of
you is best in conduct. But if thou wert to say to them, "Ye shall
indeed be raised up after death", the Unbelievers would be sure to say,
"This is nothing but obvious sorcery!"
(13) 13:3. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) spread out the earth, and set thereon
mountains standing firm and (flowing) rivers: and fruit of every kind
Hu made in pairs, two and two: Hu draweth the night as a veil o'er the
Day. Behold, verily in these things there are signs for those who
consider!
(14) 16:14. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) has made the sea subject, that ye may eat
thereof flesh that is fresh and tender, and that ye may extract
therefrom ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that
plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the bounty of Allah and that
ye may be grateful.
(15) 21:33. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) created the Night and the Day, and the sun and
the moon: all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded
course.
(16) 22:66. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which)
(17) 23:78. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) gave you life, will cause you to die, and will
again give you life: Truly man is a most ungrateful creature!
(18) 23:79. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) gave you life, will cause you to die, and will
again give you life: Truly man is a most ungrateful creature!

فِي
(19) 6:60. Waw Huwa Al-Ladhi
(And IT (is) that which) doth take your souls by night, and hath
knowledge of all that ye have done by day: by day doth Hu raise you up
again; that a term appointed be fulfilled; In the end unto Hu will be
your return; then will Hu show you the truth of all that ye did.

Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings)
These are the token strings appearing at the beginning of some of the
Surahs e.g. Alif-Lam-Mim; they are comprised of 14 alphabets:
ا ل م ص ر ك ه ى ع ط س ح ق ن
They are precisely half of the 28 alphabets as mentioned above in the
language of the Arab. These 14 chosen alphabets are from Malakut
(Spiritual
Realm) i.e. in Qidam realm
of actualities free of
potentialities, and they reflect from the Primordial Mirror to give the
other 14 alphabets in this temporal realm (here) wallowing within the
potentialities. 14 Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) plus their 14
reflections give 28 alphabet of the language of the Arab.
These token strings:
Again these token strings appear within 29 surahs of Qura'n i.e. 28+1,
where the 28 is the 28 alphabets by Insan Kamil (Perfected Eye)
and
Nafas Rahmani (Breath of Rahman) and the additional 1 is the Hamza
which is not a phoneme rather it is the sudden halt or ignition of a
phoneme.
Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) are free from any recognized semantics
known to
us in our daily languages, instead their semantics are in Malakut
(Spiritual
Realm). Through the mechanism of Majaz (Corridor),
a
tunnel
like the shutter of a camera opens and the speaker of the
Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) sees and finds entities in the other
world, for some brief periods of time, and then shutter closes and the
speaker is here, knows new forms of knowledge and feels de novo
cognizances, forms of unlearnt knowledge (Ma'rifat):
Usage in Dhikr
Quoting Ibn Faris, the acquisition of the knowledge of these
Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) has no logic associated with it i.e.
'those who know know and those who don't don't'!
This Rahi (Author) can only tell you what has happened to him with
regards to these token strings, and nothing else:
1. Alif-Lam-Mim: Alif is the Dhat (Inmost Core Essence) of Allah forbidden
for anyone to access to, Lam is the letter for distance in the language
of Arab, Mim
is the circle of prophethood starting from Adam and ending at Muhammad,
peace be upon them both, in spite of the biological-molecular
bifurcation yet one spiritual circular unit. Normally this Rahi
(Author) reads the Surah Al-Imran i.e. Alif+Lam+Mim, Allahu La Ilaha
(No deity other than Allah…) and then stops, when fatigued and low on
spiritual nutritions and soiled by my own actions and words, a good of
source of spiritual medicinal nourishment to replenish the necessary
energies to voyage swiftly.
2. Kāf-Hā-Yā-'Ain-Sād provides the residual non-biological presence of
both Zakaria and Mary mother of Jesus. When my children were taken from
me I used to read these Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) and could feel
the presence of a man silently whispering to Allah begging
for his children. It was the only companionship I had for years during
some treacherous years.
3. Ha-Mim
has been recently this Rahi's focus, repeating as Dhikr (Remembrance).
These tokens deal with how and why Qur'an was emanated from Malakut (Spiritual
Realm) to Mulk (Corporeal
Realm); Ha is a guttural phoneme in the language of Arab, it
somehow deals with the Nafas Rahmani (Breath of the Benevolent) as was
mentioned above, it deals with a multiversal stretch of a long
breath-like emanation; and again Mim
is the circular configuration of the prophethood as mentioned
earlier.
4. Nun
is the nasalized call to some entity to bring knowledge from the other
universe to here, specially if it is prolonged it aids the individual
to detach from the other people including his own Self, which for some
categories of knowledge such detachment is necessary. This
companionship is necessary to be a member of the Qaum (Spiritual Collective).
5. Ya-Sin equipped with the Ka (You)
of the actualizer Inna-Ka
allows access and companionship with the residual non-biological
presence of the Prophet peace be upon him.
Please kindly learn how to pronounce these letters properly and which
ones to stretch and prolong, they need to be pronounced one after the
other without any gap in between and immediately followed by the next
verse.
Remark: This Rahi (Author) does not believe that
reading the Al-Muqatta'at (Token Strings) alone has any properties i.e.
Ha-Mim Ha-Mim Ha-Mim and so on; the actual properties are most
pronounced and utilized by the few verses that follow, so at least the
following verse must be read immediately afterwards.
